Our client is a Global MNC in the Logistics and Freight forwarding industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Regional After Sales Support Specialist to be part of their Sales Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Duties of Regional After Sales Support Specialist:
- Main point of contact for customer issue resolution and proactive account management.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Support RFQ bid preparation for successful customer engagements.
- Advise departments to boost revenue from current business models.
- Manage regional/global accounts, reviewing performance and KPIs.
- Troubleshoot and guide global operations team.
- Escalate and resolve customer issues within timelines.
- Participate in customer-related activities, including sales, billing, and operations.
- Update SOPs and share best practices with the team.
- Source vendors for cost reduction and meet customer requirements.
