Job Description
- Oversees and manage the entire LIB recycling process to ensure Recycling goals are met and achieve;
- Stay abreast on the regulation and implement improvement/ best practices in the battery recycling operation/ process;
- Fully understood the characteristics of various LIB chemistry to ensure safe dismantling procedures, production processes of materials, adjust on-site equipment, to achieve high recovery yield and quality control of the produced black powder, and other outputs.
- Possess strong leadership skills to direct and collaborate effectively with other divisions to achieve recycling goals
- Encourage an environment of continuous improvement
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
