Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments, arrange meetings and coordinate logistics for meetings/calls.
- Calendar all activities such as meetings, video conference, calls and update them prompty for team.
- Coordinate travel arrangements (book flights, hotel, research on travel requirements, apply visa and any other documentation).
- Coordinate travel logistics such as research and book restaurants for meetings, book transport.
- Prepare itinerary for team.
- Process team members’ expenses and claims.
- Provide any other ad-hoc administrative support for the team.
