Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee shipping operations, including export and import processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve any shipping-related issues or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to optimize shipping routes and costs.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to shipping and logistics.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- At least 2 – 4 years of shipping operation experience
- Experience in preparing or reviewing Letter of Credit and/ or shipping documents
