Responsibilities:
- Generate Invoices/ DO for daily deliveries
- Liaise with appointed forwarders and couriers for deliveries
- Liaise with SciMed Warehouse and appointed 3rd party Warehouses for release of goods
- Organise and manage inventory, storage, and transportation
- Ensure safe and timely pick-up and delivery
- Address and resolve inventory issues
- Respond to customer queries and refer clients to the proper channels
- Review customer PO and delivery note to ensure accuracy
- Perform inventory checks (twice yearly)
- Provide customer service, coordination and admin/sales support
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- A Diploma in Logistics/Shipping or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
- Familiar with SAP Business One.
- Be able to handle multiple tasks and job responsibilities and is pro-active.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and under tight schedule.
- Willing to travel to the office located at Pantech Business Hub, Pandan Loop.
- Able to commit the full 6 months
