Immediate Hiring for Mobile/Mini Program Developer
Experience - 2 to 8 yrs
Job Description:
1. Work with all stakeholders to develop capability development plan and define project specifications.
2. Ensure on-time and on-target delivery of project requirements.
3. Experience in Agile Project Management Methodology.
4. Developing and maintaining React Native mobile app (iOS, Android) and native SDKs (Kotlin, Swift)
5. Designing, developing and maintaining user interactions on React Native apps.
6. Strong knowledge of WeChat development framework and APIs, front-end technologies including CSS, JavaScript, HTML5 and familiarity with frameworks like React.
7. Excellent knowledge of the WeChat payment system and Tencent ecosystem in general. Alipay payment is a plus.
8. Ensuring responsiveness of applications
9. Seeing through a project from conception to finished product
10. Staying abreast of developments in mobile applications and programming languages
11. Support, maintain and enhance of system performance to ensure meet SLA
12. Inspect the code base and fix miss alignment with the architecture guidelines.
13. Someone who makes the team both productive and fun to work
14. Proven experience in Release Project management tools like Bitbucket, JIRA etc. and CI and CD testing tools like Jenkins.
15. Ability to lead a team with ability to plan and manage development and delivery capacity
16. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and functional.
17. Demonstrate excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team building skills.
18. Managing time and changing priorities in a dynamic environment
19. Ability to provide quick turnaround to software issues and management requests
20. B.Tech. or B.Eng. in Computer Science or a related engineering field
21. At least 4 years in-depth knowledge and experience of front-end and backend development for consumer facing mobile applications.
22. At least 3 years of experience developing iOS or Android apps.
23. At least 2 years of experience developing apps using React Native.
24. At least 2 years of experience developing WeChat mini program.
25. Full familiarity with app publishing pipelines
26. Demonstrable use of CI/CD for app development
27. Experience with Python is desired.
28. A deep understanding of OOP concepts, MVC frameworks and API consumption (REST, XML feeds, SOAP) is essential
29. Strong technical documentation skills
