Job Responsibilities:
- The Service Delivery Manager plays a client-facing role focused on post-sales and service matters.
- Cultivating positive relationships with customers is essential.
- Collaborating with End Users (EU) and Account Managers ensures alignment with all post-sales expectations.
- Working with the service team and Account Managers to ensure comprehensive information is provided; if information is lacking, ensuring its acquisition.
- Conducting regular reviews with end users for key accounts.
- Coordinating with the Sales Team to drive continuous growth in post-sales revenue.
- Managing service delivery for both current and potential clients, locally and regionally.
- Identifying and developing procedures, policies, and standards for customer service.
- Anticipating and meeting client needs and requirements proactively.
- Actively contributing to expanding existing client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
- Evaluating and assessing customer service contracts.
- Ensuring the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards.
- Addressing customer complaints by collaborating with relevant teams to find resolutions.
- Partnering with company management to support and execute growth strategies.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- The ability to really listen to customers
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent in any field.
- Minimally two years of experience in the AV / IT industry
- In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practice
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Can demonstrate a good level of negotiation and communication skills, both internally and with external clients
- Positive attitude and incredible work ethics
