Event, Executive/Senior Executive

Provide events logistic and secretariat support; assist in the planning and execution of events.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Secretariat and admin support
  • Source, evaluate and negotiate with third party vendors
  • Manage registration to create a streamlined experience for invitees
  • Manage flight and hotel bookings
  • Manage transfer and transportation requirements
  • Manage F&B and dietary requirements and setup
  • Manage event collateral design and production
  • Responsible for successful delivery of the event, ensure smooth communication with partners, vendors, manage registration desk and the onsite team

Dynamic Adaptation:

  • Digital event setup and co-ordination
  • General admin support for the team
  • Team-bonding and/or activities organisation

Qualification:

  • General University Degree or Polytechnic Diploma

Knowledge & Experience:

  • 1-2 years’ of work or event management experience
  • Candidates without experience will be considered
  • Good Microsoft Office Skills
