This position reports to the Director and will be responsible for driving new sales of the retail channel as well as maintaining a healthy relationship and after-sales service with our existing clients. This role requires the trainee to analyse the current sales and set appropriate targets to improve the overall sales performance of the Company, while utilising the standard tools and dashboard for monitoring.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Create company's brand awareness and increase client engagement.
2. Execute marketing communication plans and content marketing initiatives.
3. Review performance of marketing campaigns to identify areas of improvement
4. Maintain organization's social media platforms that are aligned with branding strategies 5. Effective client management (CRM) – to recruit and retain client base, via persuasive email etc
6. Maintain good relationship with media and key influencers to maximise PR exposure (If VBPaints hire influencers) 7. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and painting industry, including competitors’ tracking. 8. Active collaborations with partners, planning which will elevate brand positioning & generate sales. 9. Able to manage paint team's direction and distribute workload
10. Source, liaise and manage working relationships with vendors.
Competencies:
1. Digital Marketing Skills - understanding of various digital marketing channels like social media, SEO etc.
2. Good CRM (Client Relationship Management) skills
3. Customer service and target oriented
