Role and Responsibilities
To manage and coordinate the production of quality shop drawings and BIM models in all projects assigned with minimal supervision. He/She must be able to carry out ACMV/piping, equipment, pumps, dryer, filter & valves related drawings will be added advantages.
1. To produce 2D drawings from BIM models with accuracy, ensuring drawings are according to the Project or the client's Drafting Standards and Procedures, and the drawing submission schedule is achieved.
2. Maintain proper records of all issued & received models/drawings, RFLs, etc
3. Perform regular drawing backups and housekeeping work in the directory,
4. Responsible for ensuring full compliance with the company's Shop Drawings Standard Operation Procedure, including adhere to design provision/scope of work according to contractual obligations.
5. Work under the Project Manager's supervision perform the assigned work tasks.
6. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
7. Preferably with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in Modelling, and design coordination, preferably on different scales of projects within engineering design consulting business.
8. Having good knowledgr of software such Revit and AutoCad.
9. Possess strong initiative and ability to work independently and within a team environment when required.
