Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of renewable energy systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for potential renewable energy projects.
- Oversee the integration of renewable systems with existing infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and codes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Communicate with stakeholders and clients to deliver project updates and technical support.
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
- At least 4 years of professional experience in renewable energy projects.
- Strong background in solar, wind, and other renewable energy systems.
- Proficiency with renewable energy software tools like PVsyst, WindPro, HOMER.
- Knowledge of grid interconnection processes and power purchase agreements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
