Provide event logistic and secretariat support; assist in the planning and execution of events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secretariat and admin support
- Source, evaluate and negotiate with third party vendors
- Manage registration to create a streamlined experience for invitees
- Manage flight and hotel bookings
- Manage transfer and transportation requirements
- Manage F&B and dietary requirements and setup
- Manage event collateral design and production
- Responsible for successful delivery of the event, ensure smooth communication with partners, vendors, manage registration desk and the onsite team
Dynamic Adaptation:
- Digital event setup and co-ordination
- General admin support for the team
- Team-bonding and/or activities organisation
Qualification:
- General University Degree or Polytechnic Diploma
Knowledge & Experience:
- 1-2 years’ of work or event management experience
- Candidates without experience will be considered
- Good Microsoft Office Skills
