We are seeking a dedicated Research Executive to join our team. This role involves conducting and supporting educational research, analyzing school-based data, and assisting with the Centre's events and publications. The ideal candidate will possess strong research skills and a keen interest in educational improvement.
Your job responsibilities are:
Research and Data Analysis
· Conduct literature reviews to support ongoing research projects.
· Gather, transcribe, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
· Analyze school-based data, such as internal surveys and dialogues, to generate actionable insights.
Research Support
· Assist teachers in data collection, analysis, and the application of research findings to improve educational practices.
Publication and Presentation
· Coordinate the production of the Centre's research publications, ensuring high-quality standards and timely output.
· Prepare and deliver presentations to diverse audiences, effectively communicating research findings.
Event Support
· Assist in organizing the Centre’s events, including workshops and the biennial Symposium, to foster knowledge sharing and professional development.
Website and Resource Management
· Manage the Centre’s website and resource repository, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
· Liaise with Corporate Communications and other relevant parties to maintain and update website resources.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
· Previous experience in research and data analysis, as well as supporting educational research projects, would be advantageous.
· Proficiency in statistical analysis software and content management system with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
