We are looking for IT Project Manager to lead government ICT projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery, meeting business needs and IT governance, collaborating with stakeholders.
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri
- Working Location: Central, Singapore
- Salary Package: Up to $8800 (basic) + AWS
- You will be involved in areas such as Data Analytics, Agile Methodologies, Cloud, Internet/Mobile Technologies, CRM, Knowledge Management, and Service Design.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project goals and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Handle infrastructure projects efficiently and effectively.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including business users, project team members, and external vendors.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Address and manage stakeholder expectations, resolving conflicts and issues promptly.
- Ensure cohesive collaboration and effective team dynamics.
- Ensure that user needs and feedback are incorporated into project deliverables.
- Ensure that all project activities comply with IT governance frameworks and standards.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure high standards of deliverables.
- Monitor project budgets, ensuring that expenditures are within approved limits.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve project-related issues and challenges.
- Make informed decisions based on data analysis, project requirements, and stakeholder input.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, experience participating in full software or product development cycles, preferably using Agile Methodology with past development experience.
- Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
- Project Management-related certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, or PMI is an added advantage.
