Responsibilities
· Develop and implement HR and Administration policies and procedures in line with company objectives and
regulatory requirements.
· Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting
interviews, and extending job offers.
· Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
· Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career
development planning.
· Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
· Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
· Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
· Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR and Administration related matters.
· Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance in all HR and
Administration activities.
· Execution of daily administrative affairs in the office.
· Organize company banquets, dances, brunch and other sports and entertainment activities.
· Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic HR and Administration initiatives that
support organizational goals.
· Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience working in HR and Administration roles.
· In-depth knowledge of HR and Administration best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all
levels of the organization.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
· Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
· HR certification is preferred but not required.
· Competent in speaking and writing mandarin with colleagues in the China branch.
· Able to travel domestic or international if required by work, i.e. SEA, China, Europe etc
