Responsibilities:
- Team Manager and able to partner with the management team and stakeholders in achieving the yearly projected revenue to ensure viability and sustainability.
- Pro-actively engage with corporations (local and overseas) to forge partnership.
- Understand the industry partners' business operations and identify
- Training and development needs for partnership potential.
- Work with the marketing team to manage outreach and marketing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably with MBA) with at least 10 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills to lead a team
- Strong analytical skills
