- Handle all HR tasks, including hiring, payroll, employee issues, work pass renewals, employee welfare, career growth, and planning.
- Develop plans and initiatives that meet the business's needs.
- Manage the hiring process, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for key roles; work with managers to understand job requirements.
- Analyze trends in pay and benefits
- Ensure all HR policies follow employment laws and regulations, and update practices as needed.
- Oversee all stages of an employee’s career with the company, from onboarding to leaving, including contract renewals and re-employment.
- Manage HR administrative tasks, such as compensation, benefits, work injury compensation, and training administration.
- Provide support as needed and handle other assignments.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Human Resources or a similar field, and at least 3 years of experience in HR and administration.
- Good written and spoken communication skills, and experience with Info-Tech Cloud HR System.
- Positive attitude and high initiative; experience in FINTECH is a plus.
- Ability to start work immediately is an advantage.
