Salary: up to $3,450 per month - commensurate based on experience

Job description:
- Coordinate user research activities to gather feedback on new enhancement.
- Support in the innovation platform development process, operations and continual user story refinement for accurate and up-to-date requirement documentations.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support to users encountering issues.
- Manage onboarding, collating and documentation of new solutions onto the innovation marketplace.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job requirements:
- Only Singaporean.
- Minimum Degree in any discipline.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
