Responsibilities:
-Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers through various methods, including cold calls, proposal emails, and face-to-face meetings.
-Stakeholder Engagement : Establish and nurture robust relationships with all key decision-makers within customer organizations.
-Operational Excellence: Work closely with internal teams to address and resolve operational issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process for customers.
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills, logical thinking, a positive attitude, and adaptability. Self-motivated with a strong goal-oriented mindset and the ability to independently drive customer development and business growth.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or engineering.
- Diploma or ITE qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent, with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required. Japanese is a plus.
- Willingness to travel overseas.
- A good network within PCBA/EMS/OEM is an advantage.
