- Updating of manpower planning (MPP).
- Provide administrative & logistics support to engineer assigned to project.
- Review and update Service Engineers competency profile from time to time.
- Prepare and submit visa application forms and dealing with Consulate / Embassy for Visa
- Manage and keep track of Customer Satisfaction Assessment procedure and ensure document is registered in Questback system.
- In charge of internal and external billing related to services and overhaul works provided to customer.
- Create quotations, technical support invoices for SAMs and technical support department
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
