SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR

· Handle sales enquiries and orders, preparing the necessary documents and carry out close follow-up with customers and colleagues

· Establish new customer contacts and maintain existing accounts.

· Keep all the information and documents confidential and file documents in order;

· Handle project-related correspondences and maintain databases.

· Minimum Diploma or equivalent

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred

· Meticulous and ability to multitask is essential.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Words & Excel

· Good communication skills, positive attitude and proactive
