1) Quantity take off and cost estimation based on technical details, drawings, and specifications.
2) Prepare tenders, measurement, and preparation of bill of quantities and quotations.
3) Tendering and contract documents administration, preparing BQ, cost estimate, control, and budgeting
4) Review construction subcontracts between company and subcontracts including general and special terms and conditions, requisitions, specifications and drawing, procedures.
5) Monitored the actual costs and judged them against the set budget, and control costs as needed.
6) Follow up on payment schedule, ensure invoice issued and cash received within contractual timelines
7) Handle tendering process such as sourcing quotation, measurement, quantities taking off etc
8) Sourcing of supplier and negotiation for best rates
9) Estimate the quantity and costs of materials
10) Prepare contracts and documents
11) Drafting and submission for Civil and Structural works.
12) Provided structural details such as beams,columns,slabs, staircases and retaining walls.
13) Coordinate other department for site issue, site inspection.
14) Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials
15) Advise clients on improvements, strategies, and/or estimated cost.
16) Prepare and check detailed technical designs (including calculations, drawings, risk assessments) using Structural analysis software
17) Work with Management on contractual issues
18) Evaluate sub-contractor claims and Variation Order (VO) with cost benefit analysis
19) Prepare and submit shop drawing & as built drawings in accordance to project requirement.
20) Maintain all drawing files, update drawings as needed, and make corrections to drawing as needed
21) Prepare the drawing and document set for authorities’ submission
