Postion Purpose
The Marketing Manager shall be responsible for the planning, development and execution of marketing activities with the marketing team to obtain top of mind brand recall and revenue generation through creating exciting touchpoints for customers and meeting customers’ needs.
Principal Accountabilities

Responsibilities
· Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies to promote the F&B brands and products.
· Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
· Manage and develop marketing campaigns, website content, social media to reach target audiences.
· Create compelling and engaging content for marketing collaterals, such as social media posts and promotional material.
· Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
· Develop and manage advertising campaigns to build brand awareness and positioning while identifying potential customers.
· Drive the success of a brand including obtaining market share, building top of mind recall, and increasing toplines
· Design and oversee digital marketing plans including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
· Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to constantly innovate and improve marketing strategies and tactics.
Requirements
· Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related discipline.
· Minimum 5 years’ relevant brand management and marketing experience.
· Experience in the F&B industry will be an added advantage.
