Job Scope
- Responsible for daily processing of policy servicing transactions efficiently and accurately. Daily policy servicing transactions includes but not limited to:
- Client Level Changes – for e.g. change in personal particulars, contact details, returned mails.
- Policy Level Changes – for e.g. change in coverage / premium, payment mode / method, fund switch, premium redirection, top-up, reinstatement, nomination of beneficiary, assignment.
- Policy Values Payout – for e.g. annuity payout and survivorship check, maturity / surrender / withdrawal payout.
- Ensure department’s defined service standards and TATs are met.
- Ensure compliance with the relevant business standards and regulations.
