Job Requirements:
- Suitable for recent graduates from ITE/Polytechnics.
- Preferably with 1 – 3 years of relevant experience.
- Capable of working in a cleanroom environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to the Production Supervisor.
- Handles filling of hydrogen peroxide, ammonium hydroxide, and mixing and filling of chemical polisher within specified targets and quality standards.
- Executes various production tasks as directed, including container preparations, inspections, washing, loading and palletizing to and from conveyors, strapping, packaging inspection, shrink wrapping, material receiving and handling, barcode generation and printing.
- Adheres to procedures outlined in QMS, EMS, and OHS.
- Conducts necessary process parameter checks and records data on check sheets, ensuring readings are within operational limits.
- Operates handheld equipment required for operational activities.
- Utilizes NAV operations as needed.
- Performs basic maintenance tasks.
- Implements process and line improvements.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Adheres strictly to safety regulations and wears appropriate PPE during activities.
- Follows standard operating procedures and observes line discipline.
- Carries out any other tasks as instructed by superiors.
Job Conditions:
- Standard office hours, Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
- Uniform provided for work.
