Working Hours:
Mon-Fri - 7am-4pm / 10am-7pm / 9am-6pm - rostered
Alternate Sat half day
Responsibilities:
- Provide receptionist duties at front counter
- Prepare and dispense medications
- Assist doctors during consultation and clinical procedures (if necessary)
- Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system
- Able to apply basic patient care
- Maintain filling system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
- Liase with various insuarnce company and make payment arrangement
- Any other task as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor
Requirements:
- Min Nitec or Diploma in any field of study
- Prior Healthcare Business Office / Clinic Assistant / PSA experience would be good
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
