Job Requirements:
- Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience or knowledge in project sites within the chemical industry.
- Possession of a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor project activities closely.
- Report to the Section Manager or Department Manager as required.
- Maintain and oversee project site operations and safety protocols.
- Verify project deliverables against site documents.
- Report any site or safety deviations or project issues to the Section Manager.
- Attend and/or conduct toolbox meetings.
- Assist the Section Manager or Engineer in achieving project deliverables.
- Participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) activities within the department.
- Support maintenance activities related to projects.
- Prepare purchase requisitions (PR) and update cost summaries as necessary.
- Maintain and organize project document filing systems.
Job Conditions:
- Standard office hours, Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
- Uniform provided for work.
