This position is responsible for the prospecting and acquiring new accounts, managing accounts of existing clients, addressing customer's requests, complaints and needs as well as foster a long-term relationship with the customer by demonstrating high service standards. Individual to be involved in:
1. Serve as the main point of contact for all customer account-related matters.
2. Build and maintain positive and long-lasting client relationships. 3. Conduct after-sales activities and promote company products and services via cross-selling and upselling to existing clients.
4. Act as client advocates and work with internal departments to ensure that clients’ needs are understood and satisfied.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services, its competitiveness relative to market products, as well as market and industry trends.
6. Actively source for new prospects and convert them to leads to generate new accounts for the company.
Requirements
1. Full knowledge of company products and services, competitive landscape as well as market and industry trends .
2. Good knowledge of client account management and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
3. Excellent listening, communication, and presenting skills. Ability to articulate well on products and services.
