We are seeking an experienced Inventory Executive / Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management within the automotive sector. Responsibilities include managing inventory, optimizing operations, and ensuring efficient supply chain processes.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Location: West (Direct bus from Joo Koon MRT)
Job Scopes:
- Manage inventory planning and monitor warehouse stock levels.
- Collaborate with the Service Center to prepare demand forecasts and supply analysis reports.
- Recommend stock purchases and determine dispatch methods.
- Identify and implement actions to enhance stock inventory performance.
- Work with the sales team to plan future stock levels for new automotive models.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years handling inventory forecast in an automotive industry.
- Min. Diploma in any relevant field.
- Competent using Dynamics AX
- Singaporean Only.
