Customer Marketing Manager
Our client is a global leading SAAS company, and this is a new role where you will be involved in engaging clients at a high level through marketing and events.
This role is unique, with a blend of customer success, client services and marketing responsibilities. If you are creative in your client approach, and with how you engage customers, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Please note this is reporting globally.
*6 month contract to start with the intention to turn perm.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Global Renewals Manager, you will be managing customer success on virtual and in-person events in the region.
- Collaborating with the team efficiently and coordinating with different countries on the speakers, schedule, and promotions.
- Coordinate regionally to integrate the marketing activities within Customer Success and Adoption.
- Manage communication releases and upgrade activities including loyalty and partner initiatives.
- Construct metrics and business reviews in the region on a quarterly basis.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a client facing role within the SAAS industry.
- Prior experience in events management and email marketing is a MUST.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytics skills with a passion for data.
- Experience in email marketing or marketing campaigns is a PLUS.
- You will be an excellent communicator with good written & presentation skills.
- Be a Self-starter with initiative and attention to detail.
