Salary: $2800 per month
Contract Duration: 7 months
Working Location: Nearest to Labrador Park MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, normal office hours
Job Descriptions
- Provide administrative support in meeting scheduling and agenda coordination, rooms booking, venue setup and calendar management.
- Handling of inventory and asset management.
- Support for procurement processes, including obtaining quotations and drafting approvals to purchase goods and services required for the event.
- Assist with research and travel arrangements.
- Collate and archive information for event reporting.
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporean need to apply.
- Degree/ Diploma in any relevant field.
- Strong written & verbal communication skill.
- Prior experience in secretarial & administrative is a plus!
