As a member of the Google Cloud team, you inspire leading companies, schools, and government agencies to work smarter with Google tools like Google Workspace, Search, and Chrome. You advocate for the innovative power of our products to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile. Your guiding light is doing what’s right for the customer, you will meet customers exactly where they are at and provide them the best solutions for innovation. Qualifications
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain relationships with digital native customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor.
- Manage the entire complex business process presenting to C-level executives in corporate and global customers.
- Lead our account strategy, generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with Customer Engineers and Google Partners to optimize business results and develop opportunities with enterprise customers.
- Optimize business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
- Explore and understand complex customer requirements on a business and technical level. Manage multiple opportunities through the entire cycle simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in field sales within the technology industry in Asia.
- 3 years of experience in sales with digital native accounts in the China market.
- Experience in promoting cloud-based enterprise solutions.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin fluently to engage C-level executives from Chinese client groups.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with large, complex commercial and legal agreements within Procurement, Legal, and Business teams.
- Experience managing partners in complex implementation projects, including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
- Experience working towards business goals.
- Ability to leverage C-level relationships with multiple executives to optimize software sales.
- Ability to work with sales engineers and customer technical leads to inventory existing software estates, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
