Job Description
You will be responsible for the entire spectrum of supply chain activities including order processing, order fulfillment, on-time delivery, inventory management, demand forecasting, analysis, and risk management. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to deliver customers' requirements and build stronger partnerships. You will also be involved in continuous process improvement initiatives across APAC markets to deliver excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. This role reports directly to the Supply Chain Director.Key Responsibilities:
- Raise Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), and invoices for Distributor/Customer Purchase Orders (PO).
- Update the PO & Shipment Tracker upon issuance of PO to the Supplier.
- Update the Planned Shipment Tracker to include the Promised Shipment Date upon receipt of Sales Order from Supplier.
- Verify that all debit notes and invoices are accompanied by supporting Excel documents upon receipt from the Distributor/Customer.
- Verify that all invoices are accompanied by supporting documents upon receipt.
- Upon approval from Finance, email the invoice with shipment details.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum Degree (preferably in Supply Chain/Business/Logistics/Operations Management).
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, distribution, and operation management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Hands-on experience with SAP.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, efficient, deadline-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Both customer and process-oriented; capable of satisfying customer needs while following processes and completing transactions in a financially and legally compliant manner.
- A good team player who can work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high levels of enthusiasm and motivation.
- Attentive, eager to learn, proactive, and resilient.
