Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communications and content strategies to enhance brand positioning and drive engagement.
- Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels including website, social media, email marketing, and blogs.
- Manage and curate content for the company's online platforms and ensure consistency in messaging and tone.
- Liaise with other department teams to identify and leverage relevant content opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to identify content gaps and optimize strategy.
- Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external content creators, influencers, and industry experts to drive content partnerships and amplify brand reach.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on emerging content trends and technologies to incorporate into the overall strategy.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism or equivalent
- At least 4 – 6 years of working experience in handling communication strategy and social media content management.
- Prior knowledge in marketing tools such as Google Analytics and SEO principles
- Prior experience in public relations is an added advantage
