Job Description:
- Oversee all QA/QC processes for high-rise building projects, ensuring strict compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive QA/QC procedures and documentation tailored to project specifications.
- Perform regular site inspections, quality assessments, and audits to identify and rectify any issues or non-conformities.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met at every stage of the project.
- Compile detailed QA/QC reports and documentation, providing clear insights and recommendations to project stakeholders.
- Educate and guide project teams on QA/QC standards and practices to foster a culture of quality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities regarding quality compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in QA/QC and implement best practices to enhance project quality and efficiency.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with various teams to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
- Promptly address and resolve quality-related issues to minimize impact on project timelines.
- Ensure all QA/QC documentation is accurately maintained and accessible for audits and reviews.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Relevant QA/QC certifications (e.g., Conquas /ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) are advantageous.
- Minimum 8 years of related working experience in QA/QC or for high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry's QA/QC principles, standards, and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in QA/QC documentation and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to conduct site inspections and audits.
- Willingness to work a 6-day work week.
