What you'll do:
As a Customer Service Executive, your main responsibility will be to provide outstanding support during the festive season. You will be tasked with data entries, managing returned goods, collaborating with third-party logistics providers, and coordinating Point of Sales Material inputs. Furthermore, you will handle order and returns processing, ensuring all details are entered correctly into the system. Your role also includes working closely with warehouse logistics teams for prompt product delivery and addressing any delivery-related concerns at the customer site. Lastly, you will follow up on credit notes after the collection process flow is completed.
- Execute data entries in SAP system accurately
- Manage return goods and process orders efficiently
- Collaborate with 3PL on returns and orders
- Coordinate POSM inputs with Sales Operation Team for upcoming festive events
- Oversee 'Block' stock inventory for specific customers
- Receive and process customer orders/returns accurately and promptly
- Work closely with warehouse logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
- Follow up credit note to customer once collection process flow is completed
What you bring:
The perfect candidate for this Customer Service Executive role brings exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially when it comes to data entry tasks. Previous experience in logistics, customer service, sales support or administrative roles would be beneficial. You should have a proven ability to work effectively with various internal teams including sales, marketing, logistics, demand planning, and finance. Your proactive problem-solving skills will be crucial in addressing any concerns and providing solutions or alternatives when necessary.
