Job Description:
- Manage direct materials delivery schedules to ensure no downtime to production.
- Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers, perform daily MRP evaluations and take actions to resolve MRP delivery exceptions.
- Maintain vendor and material master data in the SAP to ensure compliance to Finance and Quality processes.
- Implement Global Procurement strategies to obtain best pricing, delivery, support and quality from the Suppliers.
- Drive process improvement projects with Operations and Supplier to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Perform sourcing activities for Indirect supplies to obtain the most cost efficient solutions for the organization.
- Participate in Supply Chain resilience projects to build a flexible supply chain.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Operations Management, Business or Supply chain or related discipline or Diploma with minimum 3 to 5 years experience
- 2 to 3 years of Procurement experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge in Microsoft office applications. Project Management skills
- A Team player and able to work independently under tight schedule
