JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate and work together with a team to study and optimize building energy performance
- Review and study the building system efficiency and able to provide the solution to optimize the energy reduction
- Conduct site survey to understand the building performance, able to analysis on improved mechanical solutions for operational feasibility
- Overall project planning and management to meet client timeline
- Experience in Green Mark Certification and Application, familiar with authority submission will be advantageous
- Assist in managing, planning and coordinating mechanical engineering or electrical engineering to meet time, cost and quality objectives
- Assist tender team in tender submission
- Any other duties as and when assigned by management
JOB REQUIREMENT
- A Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from recognized universities
- Self-driven, independent and resourceful
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prefer GMAP or GMAAP
