JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work on environmental sustainability (ESD) and Green Mark related project for Master planning new buildings and existing buildings
- Review and study the building system efficiency and able to provide the solution to optimize the energy reductioN
- Conduct site survey to understand the building performance, able to analyse on improved mechanical solutions for operational feasibility
- Overall project planning and management to meet client timeline
- Experience in Green Mark Certification and Application, familiar with authority submission will be advantageous
- To liaised/coordinated with project team, clients, contractors and suppliers on all ESD related matters
- Assist tender team in tender submission
- Any other duties assigned by management
JOB REQUIREMENT
- A Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, Facilities management, Environmental design and related engineering background
- Self-driven, independent and resourceful
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
