- Taking off/ measurement of quantities.
- Estimating and Tendering.
- Project Procurement, Purchasing & Budgeting.
- Assist QS manager in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
- Project Progress Claims, Variations and Final Accounts.
- General contracts administration, including payment, claims and V.O.
- Negotiation with subcontractors / suppliers, based on good knowledge of market rates.
- More experienced candidates may be offered a Senior role.
