- Position: Account Manager | Advertising & Publication (Project Management) - Up to $5,000
- Location: Kallang (5 mins walk from Kallang Mrt)
- Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 9am to 6pm
- Salary (Commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements and ensuring the successful execution of projects
- Client Management – Managing client relationship, regular communication, understanding client’s business goals and objectives and ensuring their satisfaction with the design services being provided
- Project Management – Oversee execution of design products, ensuring on time delivery, within budget and to the client’s specifications
- Creative Briefs – Work with client to develop a creative brief which outlines the project goals, target audience and other important details that will guide the Design Team’s work
- Collaboration – Collaborates closely with the Design Team, providing feedback and guidance to ensure that the final products meets the Client’s expectations
- Budget and Forecasting – Managing the project’s budget, Forecasting costs and ensuring project is delivered within the allocated budget
- Upselling and Cross-selling – Identify opportunities to Upsell or Cross-sell additional design services to existing clients
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Graphic design or Communications or relevant studies
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak Mandarin
