Job Duties:
- Perform root cause analysis of control gaps in operations.
- Documentation of project artifacts (Target Operating Models, BRDs, User Stories, Test Cases).
- Support operations Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in identifying and remediating control gaps.
- Day-to-day management of project responsibilities, including milestone setting, task management, and coordination.
- Risk assessment and management.
- Support business ad-hoc queries and requirements.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders (business and technology).
- Independence in judgment and autonomy in decision-making.
- Attention to detail in analysis and recommendations.
- Compliance with regulations and policies.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst/ Program manager within the Banking and Finance industry
- Experience in Data Analysis, tracing cash events through multiple systems front to back.
- Experience in delivering Operational process improvements and controls will be an advantage
