Kaleidoscope Therapy Centre Pte Ltd is a child-led, family-focused, and strengths-based children's therapy center located in Singapore. We have been providing excellence in speech therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, psychology services, and an early intervention program since 1999.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pediatric Speech and Language Therapist. The therapist will be responsible for

  • Conduct 1-to-1 and/or group speech therapy sessions therapy sessions in Kaleidoscope Therapy Centre, preschools, or home settings as required.
  • Support and provide individual and/or group therapy in Kaleidoscope's Early Intervention Programmes as assigned.
  • Conducting assessments to diagnose speech, language, communication, feeding and swallowing disorders
  • Collaborating with families, caregivers and other professionals to develop and implement individualised treatment plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and document client progress

The successful candidate will need to commit to working 5 days a week from Tuesday to Saturday, with shifts from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy or a related field from an AHPC recognized institution.
  • Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore.
  • Minimium of 5 years experience in a pediatric setting and working with children and families
  • Proficient in speech and language assessment tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Basic knowledge of research methods and evidence-based practice.
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Experience in assessing and treating speech and language disorders
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience in working with children with special needs or in Early Intervention Programmes is a plus
