Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of department-related application systems, ensuring 24/7 system stability.
- Promote the improvement of issues related to the current network to improve operational efficiency and quality.
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the department's basic services and business, designing and planning high availability, fault resolution, disaster recovery deployment, and holiday guarantees.
- Responsible for the operational planning, architecture optimization, cost optimization, and high-availability operations of the big data platform.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related field, with more than 3 years of work experience.
- Deep understanding of Linux systems, and operational architecture, with expertise in capacity planning, architecture design, and performance optimization.
- Good customer service awareness, adept at teamwork, project management, proactive thinking, and strong self-motivation. Proficient in at least one scripting language (shell/perl/python/go, etc.).
- More than 2 years of experience in operating related systems such as k8s, Redis, MySQL, Nginx, Kafka.
- Experience in distributed processing, computing, and storage of massive data is preferred.
- Good learning ability, communication skills, adaptability, strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and ability to independently solve problems under pressure.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with colleagues in different regions and shareholders.
