- Position : Business Development Manager (3PL & Freight Forwarding) - Up to $8,000
- Location : West – Penjuru Road
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.45am to 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $8,000 + commission + Annual Bonus + Transport Allowance + Mobile Allowance + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and acquire potential customers for contract logistics, warehousing & distribution, or freight services.
- Establish a deep understanding of customers requirements including storage conditions, racking, pick & pack services, and cycle patterns.
- Develop healthy pipeline customers to sustain continuous revenue growth.
- Secure new customers with reasonable profit contribution
- Formulate strategies and tactical sales plans for business growth.
- Meet with potential customers regularly to establish a favorable rapport.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure optimum customer satisfaction at all times.
- Support other business development activities and initiatives as directed.
- Present professional business proposals to customers
- Provide regular relevant market information to superior for market alignment.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Holder with at least 2 - 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in 3PL / Freight forwarding /Shipping / Transportation industries.
- Good local market knowledge and business understanding of customers’ requirements.
- Able to work under pressure to achieve budgeted targets.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
