Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Customer facing, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee the manufacturing and assembly process to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during production or product testing.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify materials, methods, and processes for product improvement.
- Assist in designing and developing mechanical components and systems for new and existing products.
- Conduct simulations and tests to validate designs and make necessary adjustments.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for management and clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and integrate new technologies into project management and product design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with product development from concept to production.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong knowledge of CAD software and proficiency in creating 2D and 3D models and drawings.
- Familiarity with materials, manufacturing processes, and design for manufacturability.
- Willingness to travel for meetings, training, and installations as needed.
- Ability to manage projects, including timeline and budget management.
