Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual for a business development role, open to a base salary, tokens, and equity.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research:Conduct detailed market analysis to identify potential partners, competitors, and trends in the Bitcoin, DeFi, and RWA ecosystems.
- Lead Generation:Actively seek and qualify leads through various channels, including outreach campaigns, events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Partnership Development:Develop and manage relationships with strategic partners, including dApps, liquidity providers, exchanges, wallets, and other ecosystem participants.
- Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and legal departments to support partnership integrations and initiatives.
- Education and Support:Educate partners and the broader audience on the benefits and opportunities of our solution, providing necessary support and consultation.
- Deal Negotiations:Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.
- Metrics and Reporting:Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, including the partnership funnel, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience:Minimum of 3 years in business development, preferably in the cryptocurrency and DeFi sectors.
Experience in conducting market research and analysis.
- Knowledge and Skills:Deep understanding of the Bitcoin, DeFi, and RWA ecosystems.
Ability to negotiate and conclude partnership agreements.
Proficiency in lead generation and managing partner relationships.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Education:Higher education in business, marketing, finance, or similar disciplines.
- Personal Qualities:Proactive and initiative-driven.
Ability to work in uncertain conditions and adapt quickly to changes.
