Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development (40%)
- Identify and make new contacts within Singapore-based key clients.
- Develop and refine outreach strategies and tactics.
- Evaluate potential fit of prospects by conducting market research with available tools and resources.
- Determine which partnerships have the highest potential to pursue.
- Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Gather feedback from clients.
Sales Support Operations (40%)
- Work closely with the sales team to generate leads, participate in client meetings, and contribute to the development of client relationships.
- Understand and interpret client business and technical requirements in order to translate product benefit across all types of clients and partners.
- Support the sales team in calling and qualifying leads.
- Respond to and convert inbound enquiries via various channels.
- Prepare quotations, invoices and communicate timelines and requirements.
- Ensure that client follow-ups are in place and completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer relationship, accounts and contracts.
- Manage billings.
Marketing Support (20%)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and materials to generate new leads.
- Assist with executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as email, social media, and online advertising.
- Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to foster community interaction.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
- Able to commit at least 4-6 months, ideally full-time internship.
Working Hours:
- 5 Working Days Per week (Mon-Fri, 10:00-19:00)
- Strictly No Overtime and No Bring Work Home Culture
