Roles & Responsibilities:
- Able to converse with external and internal stakeholders-client, consultants, RTO, sub-contractors, suppliers, authorities, etc
- Able to interpret civil, electrical drawings to stakeholders accordingly
- Possess technical and excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and construction teams
- Manage workers at construction site
- Manages all aspects of the construction site, from site preparations to build out
- Store and maintain project related data
- Purchase and maintain inventory
- Punctuality in delevery
- Assist to prepare construction schedule
- Highly result oriented
- Able to work in tight deadlines
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors degree
- Advanced computer skills
- Advanced construction drawing skills
- Minimum 3 years of Proven track record
- Able to work in weekends and public holidays
- Able to work in shift basis
