Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an E Commerce & Live Selling Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our e-commerce operations and implementing strategies to boost online sales. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting live selling sessions to engage with customers and drive revenue.

As an E Commerce & Live Selling Specialist, you will play a key role in developing, managing, and optimizing our e-commerce platform. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling online campaigns and promotions to attract and retain customers. Moreover, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate product listings, and processing orders in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing customer insights, and implementing strategies to improve customer experience and increase sales.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and expand online selling platforms.
  • Oversee e-commerce operations and ensure smooth functionality of the online store.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct live selling sessions to engage with customers and promote products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute online campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensure accurate product listings, and process orders efficiently.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Continuously optimize the e-commerce platform to improve customer experience and increase conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing e-commerce operations and driving online sales.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using e-commerce analytics tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with live selling platforms and techniques is a plus.
